Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in mushroom picking or related agricultural work is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
