Full Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, in accordance with their individual needs and routines.
    2. Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play-based learning experiences to promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
    3. Plan and organize daily schedules and routines, including meals, naps, outdoor play, educational activities, and recreational outings, to ensure a structured and stimulating environment.
    4. Assist with basic childcare tasks, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, diapering, and toilet training, adhering to established routines and preferences.
    5. Foster positive and nurturing relationships with children, establishing trust, respect, and open communication to meet their emotional needs and provide a sense of security.
    6. Monitor children’s safety and well-being at all times, implementing appropriate safety measures and supervision strategies to prevent accidents and hazards.
    7. Administer first aid or emergency care as needed, following established protocols and seeking medical assistance when necessary.
    8. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on children’s activities, milestones, and behavior, and collaborate on parenting strategies and goals.
    9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in children’s living and play areas, including tidying up toys, washing dishes, and doing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare.
    10. Act as a positive role model and mentor for children, demonstrating kindness, patience, and respect in all interactions, and promoting values of empathy, cooperation, and responsibility.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience working with children of various ages.
